Charles Viescas, of Computer-Ease, was in charge of our company's entire computer system for about 15 years, from shortly after we bought our first computer until we sold our company in 2001. Owning a property management company required a diverse system to keep track of all its components, and Charles supervised all the upgrades, as well as building and maintaining the computers, the network, and the complicated data system. He created numerous applications for us, created our web site, and guided us through the difficulties of opening a second office at a different site. Charles Viescas has been maintaining our computers for many years, first for our company, and, since retirement, for us personally.
